You can’t survive in the dungeons without a weapon by your side.

From axes and swords to bows and halberds, your weapon keeps you safe from the creatures lurking in the depths of the dungeon.

You start with either an Arcane Halberd or Poisoned Daggers, each with its own unique style. But as time goes on, you can find the scraps of new weapons in the Dungeons, allowing you to build new weapons at the Weapon Smith. This provides you with a range of playstyles, letting you experiment with which one suits you best.

You can also upgrade your weapons at the Weaponsmith in Port Fortuna using the materials you’ve gathered from Dungeons, making them even more powerful!

However, while experimentation is useful, sticking with one weapon increases a weapon's Loyalty.

The more you use a weapon to slay enemies, the more proficient you become with it, the faster and stronger you are when wielding it. You also look cooler, which is the most important thing of all.

The higher your Weapon Loyalty, the more abilities you unlock, which is where a weapon can go from a pointy stick to an army all on its own!
