Items purchased through our web-store are purely virtual, do not constitute a personal property right, and have no value outside the Services.
You are not guaranteed access to the Service, and if the Service is no longer operational, the virtual items are forfeit.
All sales are final.
We do not offer a refund on any items unless the product is proven faulty or not sold as described. If you have any issues with any Soulsteel Product, please contact Minecraft’s Support Team.
If you are banned from the Soulsteel server for breaking our rules, you will lose access to your items for the duration of the ban, and will not be eligible for a refund either.
