When it comes to texture errors in SoulSteel, most of the time, the cause is an error with the server's resource pack during the download of the pack when joining the server.

A way to resolve this is to clear your cache and redownload the pack.

Before attempting this, make sure you're updated to the latest Minecraft Bedrock Version, as the SoulSteel server will always update to support the latest Bedrock Version.

Once you’ve done this, go into your Settings, then to the Storage tab

Click 'Clear Marketplace Cache' to clear any unnecessary files and show any new content on the Marketplace

Click 'Clear Download Cache' to clear any unnecessary files and show any new content on the Servers Listing

Then go to Cached Data and delete any file related to SoulSteel

Once you've done this, make sure you don't have any other resource packs active and rejoin the server.

If you're still having issues, please contact the SoulSteel Support team with your device details so they can investigate
